A Sublime Pick
Cebu is one of the most explicitly beautiful islands in the Philippines and a lot of tourists find its worth as one of the best holiday destinations on the globe. A lot of its natural resources have made Cebu’s reputation in the lead ringing around people who love white beach, waterfalls, diving, rich culture and adventure diversity. Sugbu (Cebu’s original name) has become a must see wonder in the country. Cheap airline fares have made it possible and made this island city very accessible not only for foreigners but locals alike. Though you can book ahead of time and score your cheap flights and book for affordable activities and accommodation, Cebu also offers an extravagance treat like nowhere else.
The Crimson Hotel experience is quite a luxury for many Filipinos. There’s nothing like having a private beach with activities prepared for you and your family. You can create quality time with your kids in the resort’s spacious playground and build sand castles along the beach area. You can even do snorkeling without going out too far from the shore. The fish and lovely corals are just nearby.
Furthermore, the hotel has clean and comfortable bedroom suites appropriately tailored for your requirements - even when you are planning for your romantic getaway! They have something suitable for your whole family, too. Stay in one of their villas for the ultimate experience. With a variety of outdoor view scenery options, you could choose from - beach front, ocean front, private pool or garden view - exactly where you decide to stay depends on what you’re looking to see or do on the day of your stay or the next morning.
Watch the glorious sunrise or wake up to a brand new morning and have a slice of tranquillity. Perfectly situated seats and spaces facing the ocean waters can really be relaxing to your nerves as you find serenity while making your plans and building the future.
Common toilets are hygienic and fresh. Each expansive room lavatories are similarly spotless. With a tub that can go as quixotic as it can be with aromatic rose petals and candles of a calming scent. You can indulge yourself in your own private pool anytime you want to take delight in your solitude. When you feel like socializing, fun events are ready to take you in around the resort. It depends on how you would like to spend your day.
There’s a big infinity pool overlooking the sea that holds a bubble foam party every so often (Saturdays) – one sure thing you would appreciate, an experience you must try! There’s a scheduled cultural entertainment to keep you amused while enjoying your sunset dip in the pool. Moreover, Crimson Resort and Spa in Mactan also has a fitness gym so you can still work out to stay fit and healthy while on your long weekend.
Nothing can also beat a responsive team of staff, who serves you with warm greetings. Oh, how cool it is to be received with kindly smiles upon your arrival and your beautiful attendant pours your welcome drinks! You can play a local board game “sungka” with the staff (yes, she’s happy to teach you the rules) while waiting for your shuttle or just killing some time at the lobby.
Are you interested in swimming with the whale sharks? The hotel front desk can cheerfully arrange tours for you; all you have to do is to get ready. You have to wake up early on the day of your tour - but everything is worth it when you get to swim with these giants.
The resort hotel also offers airport transfers for a fee but it is free of charge when you secure your booking through their website. If you want to explore Cebu City to find endless options for shopping or eating, from local delicacies to a variety of worldwide cuisines, the hotel’s shuttle service can take you out from the resort to a specific drop-off. The drivers are polite and accommodating.
When is the best day to visit?
During November to February, the temperatures in the country are a little lower and there’s a little intense humidity than all the other months of the year – a great time to be on the island. Rainy season falls from about June to September. And as you may find in all other destinations, this hotel may have the busiest time of the year over summer days on April, Christmas and New Year. There’s a great party atmosphere on the resort at this time of year, though prices may rise as it gets busy. However, choosing the non-peak season may bring you fantastic deals on tours and accommodation, taking you to the next level of a very well-appointed holiday treat!
