An Honest Review For Venus Parkview Hotel

Good Location.

Venus Parkview Hotel is in Kisad Road which faces a side entrance to Burnham Park and it is a five-minute walk away from affordable restaurants and convenient stores suppose you crave for a bit of gastronomic tour anytime of the day. Its location makes it perfect. Its close proximity to SM Baguio and Session Road makes traveling easy for tourists and sightseers.

Quaint Ambiance.

Although the hotel seems to be quite old and needs renovation, we were satisfied with how their capacious lobby boasted with those chandeliers and a Christmas season look-and-feel. The fireplace was ugh!!! Love it! It felt home because it was like we have the whole hotel just by ourselves during that time although we knew there were others checked in but no other guests were in the lobby so we took the time for some photo ops.

Rooms.

The rooms are air-conditioned though decent non-aircon rooms are also available. But trust me, you don't need an air-conditioned room when you're in Baguio. 🙂 If you're a Filipino, I believe you know that too! 😉 You'll wish to be in your Snuggies while spending your ass out at nights as it gets really cold especially during December to February.

The bed in our room was not that cozy but I liked the coffee table and the lovely view from our terrace made our stay priceless.

Nice Staff.

Their friendly staff greeted us warmly upon our entry and willingly took some souvenir shots for us.

We like to be entertained during our long trips so we always bring some gadgets with us. For this trip, it is vital ~it takes 5 to 6 hours from Manila to Baguio City anyway. We didn't want to leave them in our room while we're away. The front desk was nice enough during our stay and allowed us to secure our valuables at the lobby whenever we were out during the day.
